Robert Kivlichan is the lead council and founder of KIVLaw. He is a criminal defence lawyer, and his practice defend criminal offences, including DUI, assault, sexual assault and other violent offences and civil claims for wrongful arrest. He also defends white-collar crimes, including civil litigation, securities act offences and defences, regulatory act offences and defences.
Robert is an experienced trial lawyer with a tenacious approach to litigation. He has exceptional knowledge of criminal law and has conducted many trials and appeals. Robert has a track record of consistently delivering favourable verdicts for his clients.
